Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges / Returns
As all of our products are only made to order, we do not accept returned goods or offer exchanges. Please get in touch via email if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at wecare@sowavy-uk.com
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds / Discounts
We will notify you once we’ve received any images taken of the damaged goods and an evaluation has been made. Once concluded, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or a discount of the valued amount can be given if requested. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
